Stage Backdrop: Convocation ceremony

This is my first as a convocation ceremony committee. Plainly said, it was super hard for an amateur like me. I was in charged for my college in AV/IT team, consisted of 5 members (excluded the hotel staffs that worked with us). Supposedly, our team is in charged for;

1. The screens

2. Audio

3. Graphic

4. Publicity

5. Video and photography

Indeed, that was just the domain things we did, in fact, we did a lot more than listed. Guess that is how event management works; you have to know to do everything! It is the challenge that I like about it.

Below are my graphic works for the event, personally I think it was a cliche and norm design. But it is my first, please let it slide.
